Donation Opportunities As a not-for-profit organization we are totally reliant on donations from our members and friends to maintain the quality museum that we currently operate Among the opportunities to donate are: Memorial Gifts In Honor of Gifts Museum Advancement Fund Building Maintenance Fund Donations to our Memorial and In Honor of funds are placed in an interest bearing endowment fund (unless specified otherwise by the donor) and only the interest is used in our daily operations The Museum Advancement Fund was established to provide funds for the update and/or replacement of our computers and other electronic equipment The Building Maintenance Fund is set aside for emergency repairs to the building and replacement or repairs of equipment such as air conditioners, water heaters, plumbing, etc. What a great opportunity to give the perfect gift to a family member or special friend for a birthday, anniversary, Holiday or other special event than with a donation to your Historical Society.
